New to Forum
Presently residing in New Hampshire and have contacted the Boston, Ma. chapter regarding their riding and event schedule's. Just, wondering has there ever been an expressed interest to establish a New Hampshire Chapter? I noticed on the listing of chapters, it's states" coming soon" in the state of NH. Are steps already in place? Is it possible to establish communications with the member(s) attempting to establish the chapter I would like offer my assistances. Thanks Mack

Thanks...Ill be emailing. What is a (or the difference)probationary member and a member prospect? What are membership qualifications?

Papa- 01-16-2010

Ckhollines, Membership qualifications vary from chapter to chapter but in general, a prospect is a person which hangs with the club and has made no committment to join. They are just checking out the club to see if this is a club they are interested in and likewise the club members are checking you out. A Probationary member is someone which has joined the club but still needs to meet the initial riding and participation requirements. In our club the riding requirement is 1500 miles and participation is 4 - 6 months. "Papa"

Thanks for welcome. And I did get info from the Chgo. chpt. It looks like there is a 2yr. riding experience...so I'd have a way to get to that...but for now...waiting on Chgo. winter. Looking foward to hearing more about the Soldiers, hope more will use this site.

Can you tell me about the riding requirements? And, ...How was you probationary experience?

Trooper- 01-24-2010

Can you tell me about the riding requirements? And, ...How was you probationary experience? You must be legally licensed to operate a motorcycle. Your motorcycle must be insured and in a road worthy condition. It must also be at least 750 cc. Lastly, you must meet local chapter requirements where membership is being applied. As for your last question, my probie experience was GREAT! Trooper
